Make a mental list of times in your life when you experienced the grace of God’s watchful care. Recall moments when you were worried and despite your dark thoughts, things turned out fine. He took care of you.
Today’s Prayer:
Heavenly Father, shine Your heavenly light upon me. Guide me to peace, happiness and contentment.
