I get excited when the Lord allows me to photograph an animal that I haven’t taken a good photo of. So, I was happy to get the chance to photograph a black skimmer again.
I noticed two skimmers “skimming” the water in hopes of finding a tasty treat. The skimmer has an odd way of fishing. The Lord designed him to have a very large lower bill to skim the water until it strikes a fish then it clamps down on the fish with its upper bill.
I knelt in the edge of the water and waited for the skimmer to fly towards me. When he got real close, he changed his direction a little and flew past.
Jesus was a fisher of men and wants us to do the same. He gave us His Spirit inside of us to help us draw people to Him.
