A Little Spring for Your Spirit
As surely as the sun rises, he will appear;
he will come to us like the winter rains,
like the spring rains that water the earth.—Hosea 6:3 NIV
This time of year is a powerful reminder that we serve
a living God. The greening grass and budding trees are
living examples of birth and rebirth. When the world
seems chaotic, look to the most triumphant of seasons
and know that things are in order with God. Spring is
on time.
Renew our spirits, Lord, as You do the earth after a long
winter.
