The Joy of God’s Caring Hand
And on that day they offered great sacrifices, rejoicing because God had given them great joy. The women and children also rejoiced. The sound of rejoicing in Jerusalem could be heard far away.—Nehemiah 12:43 (NIV)
How many gifts of grace have you acknowledged today? A key to being joyful is to stay alert and look for God’s caring hand. His love is certain and constant. Even in challenging times when you are hurting, you can trust that joy is right around the corner.
Lord, You have given me great joy!
