The Light of the World
The people walking in darkness have seen
a great light; on those living in the land
of deep darkness a light has dawned.—Isaiah 9:2 NIV
The Advent season is upon us, the sacred time when
we anticipate the celebration of the birth of Jesus, our
Lord. Even with busy holiday schedules, Christmas
peace is possible. Set aside a few minutes each day
preparing your heart for the blessed event. Christ, the
Light of the World, is coming!
Heavenly Father, as we enter this holy season, open my
heart and shine Your Light into my life.
