You Are Worthy
As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received.—Ephesians 4:1 (NIV)
Feelings of unworthiness come in times of doubt, or tragedy, when you question why something is happening and feel distant from God. When you feel alone and unworthy, take a moment and say, “I am worthy of God’s love. I am worthy of His grace.”
Lord, in times of trouble, help me to draw closer to You, not further away. When my thoughts make me feel small and unworthy, guide me to prayer, to trust Scripture and to have faith.
