Hope and Faith Inspire “Guideposts” Readers

You shared your inspiration; we’d like to highlight some great advice and inspiring ideas.

What Inspires You

We asked our readers to share what’s inspiring them on our Facebook page. This week, we’re happy to share some wonderful words of advice for tackling obstacles and more sources of inspiration.

Donna Byrd Stubbs writes, “I read in a devotional that if there is a huge goal that you are trying to accomplish and can’t seem to get there, treat it like a tree in your path. Take five swings at the goal/tree every day and sooner rather than later, you will have reached your goal.” Great advice!

Susan Baker is inspired daily by “the amazing spouses who are the primary caregivers to those individuals who are living with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease).” Spouses doing such important work for their loved ones certainly are inspiring!

There are all kinds of difficulties we face every day, and every day we must choose how to face them; Dianne Lambert is inspired by “people overcoming obstacles by faith.”

And finally, we leave you with the inspiration of hope. Linda Sidman says, “I know that there is always hope, because God gave that to us. There is hope for health, employment, housing, family and love of all.”
